Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals.
Consume more protein rich food, with all fresh green leafy vegetables n fresh fruit, with sufficient water

Yup Of course you can have ice cream if you want to you are not exclusively best feeling the child anyways and also you can have a little bit of ice cream it is not going to affect anybody but is the weather is fluctuating so you just have to mind the quantity that you are eating
