Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself healthy and hydrated while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care
NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello you can start with tummy excercise and also you should have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet which can also help reduce your belly fat and you can alsk be doing walking and other excercise which can also help tp reduce your belly fat
