i have 4 month baby and his weight is 6.5 kg he is having cold since last 10 days and I gave sinarest drop and also atrax from last 7 days but there is no changes so could you please suggest any drop for cold and nose running issue

A. Wikoryl af you can give to the child in the same amount the way you have been giving the previous medication and you can proceed with giving steam to the child indirectly apart from the oral medicine that will be helpful and consult your doctor also
