Q.
I have 3 months old baby, I'm breastfeeding her. Can I consume organic moringa capsules, beacuse severe hairfall and joint pain started for me. The moringa capsules are from the brand goodleaf, attaching the image and url of it here. ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can have this you can also includes moringa leaves in your diet if possible to get you.
Have plenty of fluids.
Take protien rich diet. (sprouts, paneer, soyabean).
Use keratone hair oil mix with coconut oil and apply twice daily
Take healthy diet.
Take vegetables and fruits as much as u can
