my daughter is 4.5 months old and now I m having severe hairfall...please suggest what should I do.....can I take vit E capsules...I breast feed my baby also... is there any harm in taking vit E capsules?

drink lots of water.
eat protein rich diet.
massage scalp regularly with warm oil at bedtime

Maintain hydration
Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo
Massage regularly with coconut oil
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Take vitamins supplements
Take almonds and cucumbers
Stay hydrated take plenty of fluids
