after delivery I was having hairfall and now my hair became very thin. can I use almond oil and can I add vitamin e capsules. and how many can I add . please suggest me

Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. one capsule is sufficient for one usage so I would suggest you to please use only that much quantity else excess amount of vitamins are also not good for the health of your body and your scalp as well so please be careful with the usage
