I have 3 months baby boy.. my milk is not sufficient .. I'm giving formula how to increase breast milk

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. .hello you can take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and you should also be having fruits and vegetables along with green leafy vegetables especially sabbakki and fenugreek and you can even include khus khus which can also help to increase the milk secretion
