Q.

I have 2 months year old baby...I have started drinking warm water from the time when baby is born...can I drink normal water now..will it effect the baby?

A. yes sure you can have normal temperature water or even cool water as it suits it does not affect baby breastmilk is composed of mother's blood composition of which remains the same respective of what mother eats
