Q.

I have 2 months old baby. I have trouble with milk supply from the beginning. My baby drinks very little in the daytime and dozes off and if I wake her up she becomes disturbed. So I don't feed her after she sleeps. but as evening come she wants to have stomach full meal. How do I handle it. How can I have increased milk supply naturally

A. baby is 2 month To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Hello good evening !! For increasing breastmilk supply have lactating foods in diet. Milk and diary products, rusk roasted bread papaya, chikoo, poppy seeds, garlic, garlic milk, mutton kheema if you are non vegetarian. Have more water and don't stress yourself. Give direct feed frequently the more baby latches the more milk produces.
