My 2 month old baby boy drinks milk and spills the milk as it is why ?

That’s just due to stomach reflux which is extremely common to be seen with little kids so I think that’s the same situation that your child is ill then that is why your child is vomiting a lot this is a common situation seen with more of the kids for initial six months
