Q.

I had a low milk supply since the beginning .On my doctor's advice I started taking promolact granules two times a day and got very good results. My child is 2.5 months old and now my milk supply is decreasing day by day despite the fact that I am still consuming promolact as recommended. How can I increase my breast milk supply?

A. Lactare definitely helps. You can see results in a day or two. Also please drink plenty of water. I had less milk supply when my fluid intake was less. Also keep feeding the baby every 2-3 hours. If night feeding has reduced, then still try to express the milk in the intervals. it is difficult, but just a few more months struggle. Long gap in breastfeeding/ expressing milk will reduce the milk production

A. tru lactare capsules. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
