I'm a mother of 3 month old baby. My milk supply is very low from the beginning. I have tried many remedies like lactare capsule and granules, perinorm tablets as per suggest by gynaecologist but no visible changes seen. My milk supple is still low. please suggest an effective treatment to increase milk supply.

A. Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. Have fluids before and after breast feeding.
