Hello doctor.. I have a 3 month old baby and breastfeeding.. during evening and night I feel the milk supply is low. can I take galact granules in small quantity. will it be helpful.

Yes you can take lactation supplements if you want to which ever you feel is the best want to go ahead with you can definitely take that one which ever you feel is right otherwise if I have to suggest me something I I will advise you to is it to go for Shatavari powder
