hi how much gap is required for every feed for one month 15days baby.........and one more doubt is my milk supply is low during night time...what might be the reason behind this low milk supply during night time...how to increase milk supply....

A. Hello dear parent! Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Give a gap of 2 hours between feeds. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet
