Q.

Hi.. my baby is only 2 month old with exclusive breastfeeding and i feel very low milk supply in evening time... does this happen normal? what should I do to increase my milk supply?

A. hi yes ,it is normal to have this. just continue with breastfeeding and give breasfeeds as and when it is required. because the more your child take feeds, the more milk is produced naturally. but while feeding make sure your child latches properly as poor latching can cause low milk supply. drink plenty of fluids ,it is important for this. avoid taking stress as it can reduce your breastmilk supply.
