I had normal delivery one month ago and I am passing hard stools even after consuming 4-5 litre water. What can be the cause and how to treat this?

Horse tool is mostly due to dehydration but since you’re having good amount of water I would advise you two things here where you can actually apply castor oil in and around your navel before sleeping and papaya every day try to consume more of fibre into the diet along with the water that you are having that is going to be beneficial
