Q.
I had normal delivery but did not belly bind my stomach ..does it cause any problems and hanging stomach wil it go on own with diet and exercise..is belly binding for stomach to go inside or muscles to get in shape?

Okay so it’s a misconception that people have is going to go away on its own we suggested to use a belt so that your tummy doesn’t become saggy you can keep it in place but later if you haven’t use it it is going to be hanging so to reduce and you have to go ahead with a proper workout and diet how that is how you are going to get it back in place
