hai after my first delivery and now i a new mommy i cant bind my stomach..my stomach is as like pergancy it is possible to reduce please give suggestion

A. e telax. try to eat mote of the fruit and vegetables abd take lots if water. try yo working out as and when you can. cut on the junk and gher
