you can start with walking brisk for 30 minutes. then after some time also include Power yoga, cycling, skipping, body weight exercise..
Also maintain appropriate diet which is rich in nutritious foods, avoid junk. fried, sugary, bakery foods
POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. To reduce post pregnancy weight, first make some dietary changes and include protein and fiber rich foods alongwith lots of fluids. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
