i had my c section 1 and half month before so can I sit on floor or sleep on floor.?

I don’t think so it’s a very good idea which C-section Women it’s not advisable to sit on floor or sleep on floor for at least 3 to 6 months so I would not suggest you unnecessarily to take that chance further if you have any doubts about it you can always connect with your gynaecologist
