I had C section on 22 nd may. After that I am experiencing one side headache daily . Plz suggest what to do

Firstly keep yourself warm. Use cotton to keep in ears. Wear warm clothes. Take adequate liquid in smaller intervals in a small interval.Do not keep yourself hunger. Take adequate rest. Slowly walk around the house whenever you feel relaxed. Always rest back and feed your baby. If the headache increases then please check with your gynaecologist.
