I had c section on 16 may n i got my periods 3 months back but now its 5 days delayed. M breastfeed mother n i have some urgent plans for next week . I tried a lot if warm liquids to get it on time but it didn’t happened. What should i do? Please suggest

A. If you are breastfeeding your baby, your periods may not return for several months after childbirth. This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year before your period returns.
