#AskTheExpert 5 months of c section n from past 3 months I m having periods I m breastfeed mother is it normal to get periods early n when I touch my tummy it hurts in normal days also can i continue to take my iron n calcium supplements I had stopped them but my hb n iron levels are low

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi, yes do take iron n calcium. it's not normal to feel pain on touching tummy.. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
