Q.
i had c section due to baby's breech position. my baby is 6 months old. I didn't wear any maternity underwear for belly because my stitches were paining, and i could not wear any abdominal belt because after that my back pains. now my belly has not gone inside. what to do for getting my belly flat. should i start wearing belly underwear?
