Q.

I had c section delivery so after hw many days I cn do tummy exercise like tummy twisting, cruches or any other?

A. after 6 months you can start mild exercise and consult your doctor before starting because it is better to take advice from a doctor about your condition.

A. six months ok. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help
