Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.

then increase cardio exercises or take up zumba classes
