Q.

I had c section delivery on 6 th feb .. when can I start heavy workout for weight loss ? do I need to avoid exercise for abdomen.. ?

A. you can start exercising after the completion of 6 months. better to consult your gynaec before starting.

A. Hello dear parent! Ideally after 6 months completion. Till then be physically active as much as possible. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.

A. exercises you must start after completing 4-6 months delivery start with yoga or low intense exercise or brisk walking first then increase cardio exercises or take up zumba classes take care of your diet
