Q.
I had c section delivery .....my son is 2 years old now ...mostly all c section mothers gain weight after delivery ...but I didn't gain my weight ...its same as it is....not increased...in fact I have become very weak ...I am not gaining weight at all y soooo?

have a balanced diet having variety of food groups
consult doctor to rule out issue like high blood glucose thyroid
