As ur baby is just 2 months old, now just eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to recover from weakness after delivery and for healthy milk supply.
Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga cycling jogging dance gym etc to shed extra kilos from your body.
