Q.

i had c section Delivery and also I am a lactating mother.....my baby is 7 months old .... which type of physical workout should I start .

A. walk. swim. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

A. Right now you can go for a basic brisk walk and proper workout can only be started after 9 to 10 months because by then your internal stitches are going to heal completely but before You go for any work out you’ll have to take a confirmation with your gynaecologist
