Q.

i had c section delivery almost 4 months back,i want to loose my pregnency weight,i am not sure what all exercises is safe to do now?could you please suggest.

A. As of now brisk walking is the only thing that is safe for you and the once you complete six months post surgery you can do portion control and all sorts of exercisesWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hi mom. It is adviced to start with the exercise after six months of delivery when ur stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. Then u can start with yoga, cycling, jogging, etc to shed extra kilos from your body.
