I had c section and tubal ligation it becomes 5weeks when should wear belly belt for supporting my back

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well you can wear it noe and then you can wear it till six montgs ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
