i had c section 5 months back .can i start using belt?which kind of belt should be used?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes a maternity belt. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust herThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes you can use belt and you can be using abdominal belt and is totally safe to be used and also make sure to do some walking and excercise als which will be effective and any concern then ot is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination
