Q.
I had c sec in sep and baby is 5.5 months.. after delivery didn't take doctors gave supplements calcium iron vitamins tablets ?? took only for few days...now can we take ?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you should take iron supplements at least for three months after your delivery and also calcium can be continued for the same duration or six month when you are breast-feeding a baby exclusively if not taken you can take now
