after c section delivery upto how many days we have to take iron and calcium tablets

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well after a c section delivery you take iron for three months n calcium one year. ok. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
