I have taken iron and calcium tablets for 6 weeks after c sec delivery..do I need continue or can we stop

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 2 months old and you are taking iron and calcium medicine since last 2 months so if your Hb is less than 10 gms continue it upto 13 gms Hb

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi if you feel well fit then no need of it. take healthy and well blanaced diet. take different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc. keep your body well hydrated avoid taking RO water. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
