Q.

I had a normal delivery with episiotomy cut on jan 6..there is a open .. when I went for toilet .. its verybpaining.. can't able to sit also.. that sphincter paining.. what can I do??

A. see you netter show yo your doctor ok if you feel the cut wound is open as this needs care. taje goods that dint cause constipation. a d taje psin killers
