Can I sit across legged 3 weeks after normal delivery? and is there any chance for the episiotomy site to get infected or rip open after 3 weeks (once the stitches have dissolved)?

A. well if the stitch line is healthy and healed up then its ok. you xam cross your legs. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
