Q.

I had a misscarriage and dr said d&c is not required but wen I put my finger inside vagina i feel small tissues down ..will those tissue naturally pass with bleeding ???

A. after medications. bleeding should continue for 10 days and after 15 days.. you should go for a scan to see any retained products. its better to consult your gynaecologist
