A. this is totally normal in case of C-section...as uterus is not fully contracted at the time of child birth so breastfeeding often causes uterine contractions resulting in spotting or bleeding

A. Hi parent please don't get panic about this matter because irregularities in period is very common and normal during feeding period please take balanced diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well please if necessary consult with your gynecologist about this matter
