I had a c section, after how many days I can start wearing belt for tummy? and for how many hours a day would be beneficial.

After A week almost if you are comfortable you can start wearing the tummy belt in fact if you are lucky you can wear it from the very next day it self it only helps in protecting your stomach from sagging or falling down more so that’s the best thing to you can use it for 6 to 8 months also if you want to
