I got rupture ectopic open surgery on my right side tube aug 20 is the date now almost five already completed now can I start my yoga or excercise slowly and gently please provide the answer doctor's please and also if yes then which excercise are best

A. Hello! You can generally begin gentle exercises like a walking five weeks after the surgery for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. You must avoid strenuous activity post operation until receiving explicit clearance from your doctor . It is essential to get an all clear from the surgeon you have been visiting
