Q.
unable to conceive for a baby what should I do. all reports are normal, but only one tube is available. one has been removed by surgery at the time of ectopic pregnancy.

Ma’am just give it sometime sometimes it can take six months to 1 year to conceive in a natural manner also and you are conceiving with one tube so sometimes it can get a little difficult otherwise if you have tried for a long time then you can go for IUI or IVF if You’re comfortable with it
