Q.

I got delivered on 23rd of this month by c-section ,my milk production is not up to the level,so I'm feeding cow milk alternatively between breast feeding l.how to increase my breast milk

A. hi please do the following things: offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches,the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil. take healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your body well hydrated. you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk. stay stress free.
