Q.
I m giving my baby cow milk since her birth. Is it ok? What are the natural ways to increase production of milk in mother for feeding the baby.

cow milk is not recommended for the babies below one year.
But if ur baby is digesting cow milk then no need to worry.
Secondly
Have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm.
Drink plenty of water and adequate milk as this helps to improve lactation
