Q.
I gave birth to a baby boy recently. My milk is not sufficient for him so I am giving formula milk for half day and giving my milk for half day. How to increase the milk production. what are the best ways to get more milk? I dont want to give formula milk for my child.So help me out.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses fenugreek ajwain ghee butter rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
Have a satavari tablet
Squeeze your nipple frequently
More sucking leads to more milk secretion
Have a glass of water before feeding
