hello doc my baby is 1 and half month.. my breast is not sufficient for my baby so we are giving formula milk ... how to increase the breast milk ??

A. more you feed and nurse your baby milk will increase.. take lactation supplements as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats sabudana Dalia ragi jeera to increase milk..
