#AskTheExpert doctor my is 3.5 months old . I think my breast milk will not sufficient for her. so what can I do to increase my breast milk. and in what quantity I would use formula milk?

A. It's best to give your baby nothing but breastmilk for his first six months. The Ministry of Health, the WHO and other health authorities recommend exclusive breastfeeding until your baby is six months old.
