Q.

i got 2 c-section deliverys now I'm in 6th month of periods yet to come .... kindly guide me is it normal or else I have consulte doctor?

A. it's normal not to have periods even till 1 year after delivery till then just maintain proper nutrition with proper intake of diet and water intake and try to do exercise and meditation

A. Hi good evening.. It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly.
