hi doctor I am a mother of 2 babys both are c section deliverys in 2018 first c section deliverys and 2nd delivery in 2019 now I feel so weak from inside my head is feel like heavy and my heart beats fast I am taking dashmularista is it ok

ExpertVarsha PramodhNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear Mom you can continue it but along with taht you have to take care of your diet too. Eat plenty of nuts, dried fruits, fruits and vegetables to your diet so as to feel more active and immune

Hi parent I suggest you please consult with your gynacologist about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment it is happened due to lack of nutritions like calcium and iron vitamin D3 B12 etc please avoid RO water
