I gave my 3 month 29 days old baby 20 ml of hot water is it OK because my pedia said its OK to give home water but I have red in internet that its not good what should I do I'm scared

Water has no calories but fills your baby nevertheless. This will make him less interested in drinking milk. It could also result in weight loss and increased bilirubin levels.
